Will Alex have to speak in court? Can they just record him on videotape so he doesn't have to be in front of strangers?

That is just it though Catty, he won't be allowed to speak. The judge just wants to SEE him (we are arguing a video can do the same). If it will be just him going ALONE (with the lawyer by alone I mean no parents) into chambers so the Judge can peruse hiw tiny frame etc. Fine, but the idea his mother has is to trot him down the aisle like some prize calf . That kind of bullshit will tear him up seeing Mother on one side after 6 weeks and Dad and Me on the other no kid at six needs that kind of emotional drama.
Our lawyer is arguing a video appearance will show his emaciation just as well, and his pediatrician has offered to do it from her office removing any issue from the thought that he can be made to "look" thinner (as if!)
I will update the thread as soon as Gary calls and we know anything, btw other than the messages that most were screened from him due to the venom in her messages, not even a postcard was sent to him, nothing but more legal papers so it isn't like she doesn't have the addy. No card,no letter, nothing.
I know that sounds petty but we send him a postcard every week and envelopes of pictures etc.

I'm praying that this judge will have the common sense to do what is right for Alex. If nothing else, to see what kind of whackjob Sharon is and the facade she is putting on. You guys have been through SO much lately. This insanity has GOT to stop!!
