    You'll like this then.

    In a bowl mix:

4Tbs peanut butter (plain or chunky is fine)
    3Tbs HOT water
    3-4 minced cloves of garlic
    2tsp soy sauce
    1tsp wortchershire sauce
Cayenne pepper to taste. (I use 1/4 tsp)

Then when your meat/veggies are just about done, throw this in and mix well. You can even wait until you take it off the heat and it'll still work. Yum!

Going to a church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.

Chicken is my favorite with peanut butter. I just don't like the pb/beef combo.

I often don't have any meat at all, though. We have 2-3 veggie dinners week at home. Used to be more before I was pregnant with Mimi and it is harder to go back.

I love to stir fry, too. I don't have any specific recipe, I just cut everything bite-size:
Heat sesame oil & add some garlic, then add
meat (beef, pork, or chicken) till brown. Set aside.
    Add:
hard veggies (like carrots, brocolli stems, celery, peppers, onions)
then add soft veggies (like mushrooms, broccoli florets, squash, pea-pods)

Season meat & veggies with soysauce and fresh grated ginger root while cooking. garnish wih sesame seeds or salted nuts if you like.

    Serve over rice.

a nice touch is to scramble an egg in the bottom of the wok (just push the veggies up the sides out of the way) and mix it in, yum!
