That recipe sounds really delicious!!!! I'm going to make it!!!

I do have several stir fry recipes, but I have to look them up.
One of them uses "Johnsonville Brats", and my kids still enjoy it to this day!!!

Thank You for sharing that yummy meal!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you like peanut butter? I have a great stir fry sauce that bases itself on peanut butter.

Maresche already mentioned one of my favorite stirfry tricks - and that peanut butter. I just stir in a heaping spoonful to the almost cooked meat and veggies and it melts in to make a super tasty sauce.

If your grocery store has a salad bar - that is the easiest stir fry preparation possible!! Just buy the veggies you like best and come home to add to your meat...then flavor with broth, soy, sesame oil, peanut butter or whatever you like best I like lots of garlic. Thicken with a bit of cornstarch.

The V-8 juice for sauce is something I have not tried and bet that did taste good with the soy and ginger!!

    You'll like this then.

    In a bowl mix:

4Tbs peanut butter (plain or chunky is fine)
    3Tbs HOT water
    3-4 minced cloves of garlic
    2tsp soy sauce
    1tsp wortchershire sauce
Cayenne pepper to taste. (I use 1/4 tsp)

Then when your meat/veggies are just about done, throw this in and mix well. You can even wait until you take it off the heat and it'll still work. Yum!

Chicken is my favorite with peanut butter. I just don't like the pb/beef combo.

I often don't have any meat at all, though. We have 2-3 veggie dinners week at home. Used to be more before I was pregnant with Mimi and it is harder to go back.
