A PTer is someone who adopts the neighbors cats and complains-
not about the caring for them,but the fact that they rush the door when they come out.
A PTer is someone who will never wrestle a croc, but will shed tears when someone they have never met meets an untimely demise.
A PTer is someone who who sees a person walking a dog and almost rear ends the car in front of them to watch the dog!
