I think I like the idea of something like "Fitness Fridays #" just because it seems more simple. But I also agree with what someone else said - can we start it say, on a Monday, just so we stay pumped all week long? :P
How did everyone do today? Working out? Eating right?
I haven't done horrible, but I haven't done extraordinary. How do yall find the energy to work a 9-10 hour job, and still work out?! LOL

I did get in a small walk with the dogs. Not a good one though. Just couldn't get into it. I ate really well today so I am most happy with that. I had oatmeal for breakfast, salad and apple for lunch and then grilled chicken and steamed veggies for dinner and another apple. I am still seriously craving chocolate! It actually drives me crazy. I was going to go to the grocery store today but decided not to because I knew as bad as I was wanting my chocolate that I would buy some and for me a bite or a candy bar won't do. I know that is awful but that is how bad I am. It is my drug. I quit smoking clear back in 96 and I had no problems quitting. I just quit cold turkey. Why can't I do that with the chocolate? Oh well, ignore my ramblings and whining. I'm just a cranky woman who is in major sugar withdrawl




I was thrilled! Hopefully he'll stick with it! He was sucking down a Dasani as we were leaving with a big smile on his face!
