My weightloss is a complete disaster . Instead of losing weight, I keep on adding extra weight. I love sweets, but the major cuse for this weightgain is my medicine Prednesolone (with cortizone). I absolutely hate this stuff!! I am trying to get rid of it now by lowering 1 mg every month. So ,now I am taking 7 mg cortizone per day. In December it will be lowered to 1 mg..... ! In the meantime, I am swelling up like a balloon.All summerclothes from last year are way to small....... , even the underwear like bra's )
All that extra weight is so bad for my back-problems too......

Anybody else here with the same problem? I am getting so desperate here....
