Since I read in the other Raw thread started by Roxyluvsme that fruit and vedgies have little value if not ground up, I was wondering if it would be good if I blended a bunch of fruits & vedgies together and stuck it in the freezer? Kinda fruit popsicle?

I was wondering the same thing!

It seems like you feed it often, must be pretty popular up in your area?

When I lived in Florida a few years ago & a few years before that there were Emu farms everywhere. If I were you I'd do a search. You probably have some not far from you & didn't even know it.

LOL they sell it everywhere here, including the grocery stores. I've never had it myself (way to expensive to buy at the grcoery store, and for some reason I can't eat the stuff from the pet stores LOL). I buy mine at Visa's vet or Doggytopia. There are emu and ostrich farms everywhere around here, so it's easy to get both.

I starting feeding Bailey 4 pounds of meat per day, 10 days ago. He is up to 75 pounds! That's a 10 pound gain in 10 days. He looks much, much better though. No more boney, visible ribs! I don't think he could've gained that weight on kibble, since he was always terribly skinny when I fed it. Thank gawd for RAW, I would NEVER EVER go back to that dry stuff.

This evenings dinner was a chicken thigh with the bones in, a little bit of beef mince, and some sort of chicken organ, some flaxseed powder and Livamol supplement .

Actually come to think of it that was last nights dinner hehe. Tonight they had lamb bones, beef mince, carrots, chicken organs of some sort and supplements.

I have lost track of the days .

Yesterday they had lamb shanks and Buck had some pork for dinner.

Today the girls had a chicken quarter and Buck had half a chicken. I have more pork thawing for him for dinner.

I'm about to go to the butcher to get some chicken feet. Mandy's getting stiff so she needs some glucosamine.

I've been a terrible mommy. They've been eating kibble the last 2 days. 2 family members have passed away & I've been having problems at home on top of it all, water leaks, car problems etc.. Things are just so hectic right now, just as I was switching back to ALL raw. Once things calm down & I can actually go shopping they will be on all raw, by next week sometime at the latest. Ok, sorry for another vent. lol
