Ahh, that would be an issue then. Well, keep your eyes out for sales in the newspaper! Check classified ads, too, as some people sell used cameras for less ^^

For ebay, I don't think you need Paypal to buy stuff. I sometimes buy beanie babies(I'm a collector) and I just use a money order. I'm not sure if it's the same for electronic stuff though.

I don't think so, actually. When I registered, I didnt have one. We had to create on when we bought something though, but I dont remember having one before then ^^
