Good luck with this. The only thing that pops into my head with unusual pH in urine is diabetes, but I'm sure your vet probably already has done analysis for that, right? And I'm not sure which way the pH goes with that anyway...all I know is that one symptom is that they urinate a LOT when they get diabetic.
