    Water!! These past few days I have been drinking a lot of water....and Vault...nawtee me...

    It has been HORRIBLE outside lately, 90 degree weather with 45% humidity, everyday, in MINNESOTA!! It rarely gets to the 90's here, though it is always humid, and it has been like this for about a week. There is a 15 mile an hour wind speed, and the wind chill is 90 .

    It totally depends on my mood -- but I love:

    * Cold, filtered water (crushed ice if available)
    * Iced Tea with sugar and lemon
    * Iced Coffee!!
    * Cold Sprite
    * Snapple (almost any flavor)

    Now, I'm thirsty!

    Ice cold water with lots of ice. (I'm drinking it now)
    I also like iced tea and lemonade.
    Snapple makes really good iced tea - lemon, raspberry and peach.

    Water is my first choice. I do like iced tea once and awhile in the summer.

    WATER! Nothing hydrates me better than water.

    Gatorade works as well, depending on my mood though - I usually choose water first.

    Ditto, Ditto.

    I LOVE garorade, but if it's hot and I'm moving around a lot it upsets my stomache a bit.

    Water first, then lemonade or ice tea

    I know alcohol dehydrates, but some hot days there is nothing better then an ice cold beer, or Mike's Hard Lemonade

    I like to drink a lot of diet Pepsi(I know I shouldn't, but I do!), but when I'm working on the golf course there are some nice cold water fountains and I drink a lot of cold water.
