Ali,
Not to alarm you or anything, but white cats with blue eyes can be deaf. I'd definitely have the little white one check by a vet just to make sure. That ALSO could be the reason why Mama was avoiding her.
They are adorable!!!

DO NOT BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE!!
Good job taking care of the kitten. I know how tiring it can be. My husband and I hand raised two kittens whose mother got run over by a car. (For the record, the cat was not mine. It was a stray. A lady my mom worked with found the kittens after the mom was killed and called me.)
My pets are usually pleased with what I do, because they are not inflected with the concept of what I SHOULD be doing. My time is owned by: Missie,Thor, and Trinity!
The "white" one may actually be a Siamese mix. I can see points developing.
I've been finally defrosted by cassiesmom!

Thanks for your replies. The kittens are doing very well, except...Well the mother seems really mean to them. She takes care of them, keeps them clean, fed and in good health, but she bites them very often. Ive never had a cat before Skittles so i dont know if this is natural or not. The babies arent hurt by the biting, it seems like maybe discipline. They do cry quite loudly.
The white one IS looking more and more like a siamese, the brownish grey around the feet and tail, but she is so sweet. My personal experience with siamese is that they are very moody...Maybe that was just that one tho.
Ive tried introducing soft food, and they arent interested. And ive tried puting them in the litter box as well, which they arent interested in either.
Im happy to report that Skittles is now a spayed kitty! I had her wormed and flea'd too. The babies did fine while she was away, they were motivated to eat more soft food! But as soon as mama got back they are back to nursing again.
What is a healthy age to start looking for homes for them? They are about 7-8 weeks old now.
