For months I have wondered why the Edster would stay at the door
intently searching the roof lines of my mom's house, next door.

He was hunting iguanas!

My irresponsible nephew left his iguana in my mom's garage - one day
he came over to feed him and reported that the iguana had escaped.

Carmelo, the iguana, spent the last 12 months walking the roof lines
and generally spooking the dogs into late night barking sprees!

The dogs would bark and bark while this iguana would scoot about the
yard.

It wasn't until about one month ago when Carmelo was caught and
brought back to justice!

But the Edster still has his eye on the roofline and wanderlust in
his heart.

Last Saturday I awoke to the sounds of the screen door being
battered about.

"ed, stop it"

Thunka thunka, MEOW....

ed stop it

Thunka thunka, MEOW....

edstopit...

THUNKA THUNKA MEOW

EDSTOPIT!

Thunka thunka, MEOW....

I got out of bed and spied the door....no cat near the dooR-- Until
I got to the recliner and saw the Edster outside!

...Now the screen door sports a top to bottom escape proof grill.....

Until the next escape!
