We're getting a whopping $38. Yipp-y. I have come to the conclusion that if a married couple w/o kids or major deductions (we have the house but our interest rate is incredibly low, so we didn't pay much interest to deduct) makes between $50,000 and $100,000 per year, you don't get much back. I know that actually, unless you have kids or are self employeed, you shouldn't be getting big returns (as Lizzie stated). Well, maybe it's time for us to start having kids!

Well at least you're getting something back and you don't owe anything! Look at it that way

I give an additional $10 out of every paycheck toward taxes so I don't underpay

Well, that is true, I do need to look at it that way. When my husband first put everything in Turbo Tax, it came out that we owed $60. But he forgot to deduct the interest we pay on the house, so when he added that in it came out better.
