yorkie puppies, like all puppies, sleep a lot. a good run in a fenced yard or a walk will keep a yokie in shape. if you get a puppy you could teach the puppy when enough is enough when playing with Bailey. an adult dog may want to play play all the time. may be too much for Bailey.

if you choose to get a yorkie PLEASE be sure not to get one from a petstore or a puppy mill. i rescued my second yorkie from a puppy mill. a lot of their puppies end up having heart, and breathing problems. just be sure to double check where you get your dog. shelters/rescues are always the best place to find a dog.
