Awww...Butter, you're as adorable as ever and I'm so glad to hear your itchies are under control again. You're so lucky to have found such a good meowmy who loves you so much.

While we're at it Logan, how's Mimi doing these days? As good as can be expected for an old lady I suppose?

Thank you for asking, Debbie. Mimi will turn 17 in June. She is doing GREAT!!!!!! She fusses a little more these days, but she is still doing well, eating well, and seems to be happy with life. I get lots of cuddles from her, as does anyone who will sit still long enough for her to get close to! Funny thing is that she is more tolerant of Butter than ever. Sunday night, I was in the chair in the living room, with Butter on the ottoman, at my feet, and Mimi decided she needed to be close and she came right past him and settled on my chest. What a sweetheart. No hisses or anything!

That's great, Logan! I'm so happy to hear she's still doing so well.

Tubby got a lot more tolerant of things as he got older too. When he was younger he would NEVER allow tummy rubs. If your hand even came close to his tummy you'd end end up with no hand. But as he got older....like 16, 17, 18 older....he actually started tolerating it. I think they just start realizing some things just aren't worth the fight anymore. Peanut has really turned into a little snuggler too lately. She won't sit on your, or next to you, but she HAS to be real near us these days, whereas before, she was happy to sit by herself downstairs while we were all upstairs. I like it SO much better when she's near at hand for me to smooch on at will.
