Good luck Carole!! A test like that is NO fun, I've had it several times too. It doesn't hurt at all, but holding up all that water is terrible.

Thank you my dearest friends, it really helps to know so many people are there for me, It is very comforting and assuring, its no big deal really as it is painfree, but i still get nervous,its holding all that water that worries me, lol, still i have only 750 mls to drink and i am going down a half hour earlier and drinking it there, i explained to them my problem so they have been very helpful and will monitor me and if need be sneak me in earlier, thank goodness.,they are great where i go.

only two more hours to go and i am off for the scan.

Just thought i would let you know all went well at my scan and the news is good, things are ok, still have not got to the bottom of why i have had a pain in my right side for years on and off now, but at least i know that other things are in ok order,infact one area that was of a bit of concern has improved, probably due to medication who knows, but so far so good, thanks for your positive thoughts and prayers, i am sure they helped a great deal, infact i know they did, cheers.
