Pupper lover brought up some good points that I also happen to agree with. And I do believe in capital punishment for extreme violence and disregard for life. I also believe if our laws had stricter punishments attached to them, we would see less violent murders. I am referring to people and animals alike.

Case in point.... Perry and Daisy getting attacked and then animal control giving the dog back to the owners with no consequences to the dogs actions. I am not saying automatically put the dog down. The dog would need to be analyzed by a professional to determine if this was an isolated incident and a behavior that can be corrected or something that has the potential to happen again. It is sad because if the dog was shown love and given the basic of training the situation probably would not of occured to start with.
