I think Cane Corsos and Dogo Argentinos and such are also considered deadly. You also might want to add something about how Neapolitans are just as friendly as the ammount they look dangerous to some people.

Cane Corsos, Dogo Argentinos, Presa Canarios, Fila Brasileros (sp?), American Bulldogs, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Heelers, Mastiffs, Labrador Retrievers....

    *SIGH*

This list goes on and on, why not just say that every breed of dog is dangerous? Because in reality, they are if not properly socialized and trained. A nipping, biting puppy at 8 weeks that isn't corrected can be dangerous as an adult. Socialization and obedience training are very important with breeds that tend to be overly dominant. All breeds should be trained and socialized, even small breeds.

We're doing the main ones such as pits, rots, dobes, etc...but I will make a note saying that any dog can become dangerous if not properly trained.

Thanks, I just don't want people to think that their untrained, unsocialized "gentle" breed is less dangerous than a dog that is considered "aggressive".

Yeah, I agree. I can't believe they consider Danes agressive! All of them I've met have been major sweeties.

They consider them dangerous because of their size and damage they could do if they were to bite someone. Danes were not bred to be aggressive, so buying one from a reputable breeder is the only way to go.

Good Luck on that! Very good idea. Maybe people can become more educated and know it's not the dog breed or the dog... but the OWNER. Like I LOVE Pitties and Akitas especially.

Just wondering... do Cockers count? I've had people tell me they are one of the most known breeds to bite. I think they're the best breed ever, though.

Do pitties deserve this abuse just because of the way they look? Should we punish foregin people because they are different? No! Take a stand and help stop Breed Racisum.

Ebony is a gorgous example of what a PittBull REALLY is

Another example of a role modlePitbull
Brie is such a beautiful puppy, Why in the world would anyone want to hurt her? She lives with small dogs and the only fighting she dose is PLAY!

    Here are some I noticed.
