Depending upon how far along the mother was, say, 60 days (62-64 days is the gestation period of cats), I'd say no. But if she was in the early stages, I'd say absolutely. There are FAR too many unwanted, abandoned and abused cats in this world without bringing more in.

I agree it would depend on whether the mama was near full term or not, i dont think my conscience could live with it if that happened when they were nearly due to be born.
