    Phred was leaving sometime this afternoon and staying at a Red Roof Inn near the Seagate Center.

    We are home! Took lots of pictures, just not sure how well they came out. I will try to get them uploaded yet this weekend.

    Phred and his crew and Carrie and Gabbie all came! It was not nearly as crowded as last year (although still crowded!) Had a great day, and of course missed all our friends!

    Can't wait to see the pics! Wish we could have made it but I just thought it might be too much with Jasmine. She would have wanted to pet every dog there and I don't know how I would have kept her calm! You know her and doggies, she just can't get enough! Don't know where she gets that, lol!

    We left about 3:30-4. If he drove straight home, he should have gotten home about 6:30-7, but he may have talked to Carrie a bit longer, or stopped for dinner.

    I missed Bowser in all the pictures I posted...he's blurry, but he was there!!


    Bowser made a good showing in the fastest eating contest....I think he finshed about 3 out of 12-15 dogs!!


    I also forget to mention, my sister called at 6:30...he had just seen Cinder and Smoke and Sadie and Cincy and Spot on the 6:00 news!! We will have a tap ready for 11 incase they repeat the footage!!!

    Mile anna half from Home - Dad checks for the Cell Dinger Fone ... NOT inna pokit!
    Back under way after disturbin da Kat atta Howze to find da Fone ...
    wunder what else we furgotz?

    Checkin in atta Red Roof Rent-a-Pillow ... figgered out whet else got furgotz ...
    NO Dawg Food inna Bus!
    Aftur a lotta *whinin*, Dad went in a Kroger Store an came our wiffa lil baggie of Purina -
    said it wouldn't kill us in two meals.

    Had a purdy quiet nite AFTUR Cinders remembered she dint need ta "tell" Dad
    every time sumbuddie walked past our door.

    Believe it or not, but WE beat da Locals to da Show -
    checked out da whole joint before Cincy, Sadie, Spotty Boy and Amy & Ralph
    wandered in!
    Then Gabbie and Miz Carrie showed up ...
    anna few Folks we've met at summa da udder Dawggie Do's we've been to.

    Kontest?

    Yep, Dad paid a Buck to put Bowser inna "Fastest Eating Kontest - 20-45# Division."

    They hadda good spot - onna end anna guy next plate over sorta turned his back - nobody ta "bother" da Bowz.
    Took a while to get da Kontest "started" - Bowz lost a minnit affore he figgered out da Dinner Bell had *RUNG*.
    Dad's purdy sure he only missed being a winner by about 4 pieces a Krunch onna plate!
    Black Labbie won - he musta skipped brunch!
    Ralph consoled Bowser wiffa thought that at least he got an Extra Meal outta da deal!

    Best in Show went to the "Snow Dog Look-Alike" - but we ALL thunk
    Kia kudda won inna heartbeat!

    Gotta see what Dad managed to do wiffa Kamera ...
    stay tuned.
