Sourdough, fresh cheese from the Rouge en Noir Cheese Factory - my FAVORITE cheesery (is that a word? ) where you actually CAN pet those oh-so-happy cows - don't know if it's the "grass" or the wine or maybe it's a combination of both. We DO have the best and I'm not prejudiced, oh no siree-bob, not at all
