    Herzlichen Gluckwunsch zum Geburtstag, Filou!

    I don't think kidney failure will stop him, he looks so young ! My RB cat Brando was diagnosed with it at about 7, and he lived to be 15! I'm sure Filou will enjoy many more years as part of your family.

    He's georgous and I envy you having an Abyssinian. I keep hoping one will turn up on PetsMatch. Keep up the sub-q fluids and, as others have said, you will probably have years more with Filou.
