Glad to hear he will probably keep his finger, even with pain and numbness it's better than losing it completely and hopefully those things can heal. It will take a long time but still preferable to losing it so that is good news! Will keep him in our thoughts and prayers for a full recovery.

I understand how painful it's got to be, I'm just glad to hear that he's going to be able to keep the finger and that it may be alright.
When my parents had their motorcycle accident my mom had shattered the bones in her arm and had to wear some contraption that had pins in it to keep her arm in place. It's now been a few years and although it still hurts her she is lucky enough to have the use of it.
I'll be hoping the same for Stewart.
