You don't even need false papers. The akc registers anything, as long as you tell them they are the puppies of two registered dogs, they take your word for it. Honestly, as bad as I feel for the puppies, it serves people right having to pay 7000+ to keep a puppy alive after buying it on the street.

Yeah, so that means the puppies just have papers so they seem pedigree and they can sell the puppy for a ruptable breeder price. It's just plain sick. On the news once, the cops arrested some women and she say "I rescue my dogs from high-kill shelters and breed them." My mom believed that and I had to say to her "Mom, I highly doubt people would abandon pedigreed dogs and good show dogs. Plus, before adoption ALL dogs are neutered or spayed." It's so sick!

I think it's great the news is actually doing something about animal cruelty.
