I forgot to add that he is in Chilliwack, BC at the Chilliwack Animal Control. I do know someone close to that area, my Grandmother! She currently can't drive because she has glaucoma. My fiance is going to ask some buddies if they can drive him up there to see him. I know if he likes the dog - I will too! I am awaiting an email from the Chilliwack Animal Control. I asked them how long he has left before he is PTS. Prayers that I can save this dog, I cant stop thinking about him.

They take dogs out of peoples back yards that are chained - only to bring them to animal control to euthanize IF the owners dont pay the fine. They are so much different than the SPCA or private rescues. Not to forget that they only charge a $50.00 adoption fee, because the bylaw says they have to. If they didnt have to, these dogs would be given away for free. They never used to adopt out dogs, they just killed them.
That's awful The only good side is they're getting the animals out of the horrible conditions they were in.
