    When we got bubba he had bumps all over his neck, it was from his siblings and him biting each other. Is it possible it was something like that?
    don't breed or buy while shelter dogs die....

    Well, I think you are being very wise to not get a puppy from these
    people.I think your impression of something wrong was probbly correct.
    Lets hope the next person to check out their dogs is a smart as you are.
