I think she is pretty much pure bred. Either toy fox terrier or rat terrier. I don't really see any jack russel, for one, her legs are long, and jacks have very short legs

I'd say purebred, even the little bit of bowleggedness is a trait of a toy fox terrier. She doesn't look poorly bred to me. Did anybody ever try finding the owners? The tail is docked- which means she had owners at one time.
