To upload pics from your phone, if you can send MMS messages then you can just email the pictures to your email address or sign up at http://textamerica.com

For pics from your computer you can use a site like http://imageshack.com or http://photobucket.com or even http://zoto.com

And yes, all are free

You all are sooo lucky! I want a phone so bad, but I'm not supposed to have a phone so. .. I asked for one for christmas, its on the top of my list, but I put on there that I wanted to pick it out and i didnt was a piece of crap, I wanted a picture phone
