I see we don't have multible choice here. I would start with # 3, 4 and 6. I am particularly worried about tigers.
Ban hunting
Make everyone vegetarian
Ban the fur trade
Make severe penalties for animal cruelty
Destroy all kill shelters
Help endangered wild animals in any way possible
