WOW! The similarities between the two Mishi's are remarkable! I don't think it's by accident that you found this one, whether or not you end up actually adopting him. I hope you will find out more about him, and kind of follow his story if he gets adopted out, etc........ I don't think you'll regret doing so. And who knows----HE may decide to adopt YOU!
