    Im sorry I never saw this earlier.Sounds like something I defanately need to do Maybe this will still be going for next month too,as for im too late now too bad.

    I'd really like to join...my goal is to lose 30-40 lbs and I am always saying I'll try harder next week etc and as a result have stayed the same stinkin weight for about a year now...I think this is what I really need to stay motivated, I'm planning on starting this weekend....thanks
