Talk it over with the vet about changing the appointment. She doesn't sound dehydrated so they still may do the operation.

It does sound like it may be food related. I always go very slow when I introduce new food to the dogs. Mix the two together and gradually wean the old food away. There is meds that the vet can recommend you give Presley if this persists.
