Prayers for our good friend, Alicia, and Carina

Logan, I'm so glad you posted this. It seems like I've known them for ages. I love them both so much! Poor sweet Carina, precious Golden Girl. I hope, if she does have to have surgery, that she recovers quickly. Alicia can be sure that I'm praying my heart out for her and Carina.

Alicia is supposed to pick up Carina today from the vet and she will be able to talk with him then about the next step. I'll let you know if I hear something and perhaps she'll pop in and post herself.

Logan thanks for posting this, I knew I hadn't seen them around much here lately.
I hope things are going ok and let her know they are both in my thoughts and prayers.

Carina is home. Thank goodness. Based on what I understand from Alicia, she and the vet have decided that surgery at this point, is not a wise decision for Carina. They are going to try to keep Carina confined a bit, away from the stairs and try some new medication to help with the pain.

I know Alicia will appreciate all your good thoughts and prayers.

I'm sorry to hear Carina is having health problems. I can only imagine how hard it is for Alicia. Please give her my best wishes for Carina and herself. I'll keep them both in my thoughts.

I am so sorry for Carina! In humans you would try to keep that ligament in a brace but of course I ahve no idea whether that works with dogs. All my best wishes for Alicia and Carina.

Logan, thanks so much for starting this thread, I finally found it.
And thank you all for your prayers and good thoughts. I posted the latest news about Carina earlier today. Now I'm rushing back downstairs so I can be with my girl.
