Hmm..my bro always gets chrispy fries in the oven..duno how he does it though lol..I think he just puts them in though
My babies: Josie, Zeke, Kiba, Shadow (AKA Butter)
My fries always come out crispy!
After peeling them, let them soak in water with 1/2 cup salt for 15 minutes. Drain in a colander and shake the water off. Let sit for a few minutes and shake again. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
After 20 minutes, mix them a little... flip them around... continue cooking for 25 -30 minutes until golden brown... yummoooo

well i don´t use a deep frying pot i just use a frying pan like where you make meat or eggs, add some oil, not to much or they´ll get soft, just about to cover almost half way up of them, then add some salt to the oil and when its boiling start adding fries it´ll take about 10-20 min (depending on flame, quantity of fries, etc) an d they get crispy outside and soft inside, just make sure to drip them well so they dont get moisty with oil (you can use a papar towel underneath them) and as you take them out salt them again, thay get really tasty, or you can also use some seasoning to get that spicy taste.

Well I don't deep fry anything anymore, use oven fries myself, but I had heard that it is best to fry them a little first, not fully cook them, drain them and then deep fry them again a bit later, you are then assured of the perfect cripsy fry, well so I am told.![]()
