I'm prone to having anxiety and panic attacks. Sometimes it happens for a reason, sometimes it doesn't. I worry constantly about anything and everything. I'll start shaking, sweating, have difficulty breathing, have hot flashes, etc. When I was sick with walking pneumonia earlier this summer, it was horrible. I was crying all the time and just feeling plain miserable. I find that keeping myself busy so my mind isn't able to wander helps a lot. It hasn't really started to interfere with my daily life, because like I said, I try to get out and keep myself busy. If it DOES continue to stay like this or get even worse, I will probably be going to the doctor for some medication because I want to live my life and be happy instead of freaking out all the time.
