Ilove thunderstorms, too. I only get scared if the lightening sounds way too close, which happens on occasion. Actually I really missed thunderstorms when we moved from Ohio, the storms in Illinois just weren't nearly as spectacular. (It's nice to be back now) As a kid, my dad would take us into the attic to watch the lightening so we wouldn't be so afraid. We lived right on Lake Erie and could see it out over the lake. I love that after-storm fresh smell too.
