I wouldn't say they are really tracking it here, but I went to buy 2 boxes (48ct) of sinus pills and they didn't have any. So instead I was going to buy 4 (12ct) and I could only get three
I guess they only allow 3 boxes/person.
This was at Wal-Mart.
