Wow that happens to me too. I am always thinking and I can't go to sleep. I am supposed to have a banana and a glass of milk before bed to help me sleep. I have no idea what it does, but it works. I also read a book or listen to music to help pput me to sleep and distract me from my thoughts. ((((((((Hugs))))))))) again!My mind gets going sometimes and so full of thoughts and plans and jumping from one subject to another, that it interferes with my sleep
