    No cooking today... I think we'll buy a pizza, or something like that... everybody's too lazy to cook... maybe we buy some ice cream... yummy!

    Rob and I ordered out tonight. The kids are having some grilled chicken I had in the freezer, and after Rob gets home they will have some fries also.

    I made tacos tonight.
    Last night I made BBQ Ribs, Corn, and bruchettas.

    We ate out tonight because it is my name day (saint name day).... anyway it is celebrated in Europe.
    Had some really good fried mushrooms and veggies, a yummy cheeseburger and 2 beers. (i never drink) so you can immagine when I got home.... i just wanted a nap!

    It's grilled or toasted bread with tomatoes, basil and garlic, olive oil... yummy!

    Last night I made my own hummus (thanks to Kay always talking about it) I fried an eggplant and blended that with 2 cans of peeled garbanzo beens and 8 cloves of sauteed garlic

    It was good...I have really good breath now
    don't breed or buy while shelter dogs die....

    I have been frosted!

    Saturday night here, we always try and have an easy meal, tonight was these yummy lil savoury pies, three flavours to choose from, ham and egg quiche, mince and potato top, they are reasonably low in fat for pies as well, followed with a salad and a very nawtee yummy treat dessert, Cornetto tim tam ice creams.......
    Furangels only lent.

    Last night was old fashioned beef potroast, potatos and carrots cooked all day with lots of onion - AHH!!! this is comfort food I think as the house smelled so wonderful

    I'm making my mom's birthday dinner today (her birthday is Sunday)

    I'm making:

    Crab Legs
    Shrimp with sauted onione & orange & yellow peppers
    Cheesey Potatoes
    And a tossed salad with chickpeas
