Yes exactly, I cannot say that my cats never wander on her property, you have to remember NZ really only has indoor/outdoor cats, it is the norm here.

You have a point I could indeed trap her cats on my property, although it really seems to be the male that is the problem, the other's I don't see much here, but i don't want to be the one responsible for him being put to sleep, he is a beautiful looking kitty, and i just cannot bring myself to do it, I guess I just have to put up with the situation, and do the best I can.. in her own sad way she does love her three cats, she has never touched the kittens, which is sad because by doing that she made them un-adoptable.

I guess it is the pending situation that worries me sick.

If they keep breeding I will have to do something, I know some of the other neighbours are not too happy about all her cats, she lives in a small 2 bedroomed flat or apartment, in a block of three, ground floor, they only have a back door step and there is a small verandah out the front, it angers me that she won't even use this to make a warm shelter for her kitties, there is not enough room for the whole six of them on the small backstep.
