Jenn, clinical depression is one of the things I've had to learn to live with. I have setbacks sometimes, and its so hard to ask for help. Sometimes it takes someone around me to notice it, I can't tell- I just feel overwhelmed. As others have said, medications really help - as does exercise (it stimulates good brain chemicals) and counseling (which I can't afford right now either). There are community programs to help you get the medications you need - contact your local health dept. to ask what's available in your area.
