It's called suppressed anger and it's very common. My daughter had it years after she was diagnosed with brain cancer. I had it after years of therapy and coming to grips with being molested by my brother when I was 10.Now, after all this time I am finally angry!! Makes no sense to me.
I wish there was something I could do to help, Robi. Hang in there.
