Don't be so hard on yourself. Cravings are your bod's way of saying, I NEED something. Like everyone else said, when you "fall off the wagon", nothing's stopping you from climbing back on or not.

I used to be a major sweet eater. Over time I just tried to eat less of them; now I hardly ever eat them. But sometimes I just JONES for chocolate, so I have a little bit, and don't get the guilts over it.
