That's a sick, demented kind of "love". As pointed out earlier, if the situation were reversed and it was a girl that was the victim, everyone would be losing it. What makes this situation any different? The boy that is now a man had his decision about "love" made for him long before it should have been. He knows nothing else. Ignorance is bliss, I guess.
