I think you're right. I think it's been happening for years, it's just not talked about.

I also think there are alot of yahoos out there that will continue to be trigger happy regardless.

It's sad. I'm just glad I don't live in Wisconsin. If I did, my cats wouldn't see the outdoors unless they were attached to me via leash and harness.
