different species, same problem

my dalmatian Frankie is, for whatever reason, *Terrified* of the doggie drinking dish in the kitchen. So he waits for someone to accidently leave the bathroom door open and drinks from the toilet, or he'll wait until he gets outside and drinks from puddles, etc.
