    Bio-Gold is what I got for him for his main diet. The blood worms I have always given as more of a treat on occasion. It gets so difficult to know what to do because everything I read seems to contradict everything else about what is and isn't good for them . I will look for the non-freeze dried when I next go

    I put one Bio-Gold pellet in to see if he'd show interest and he gulped it right down, so I don't think I'll have any feeding problems with him.

    I've had lots of bettas off and on since college, I just hadn't had one since my last one passed away 2 years ago. It's nice to have one around again!
