I'm so glad to here the good news about Peterson. When I had to force feed my cat the vet gave me Hill's Prescription Diet a/d. I then diluted it with some water and put it in a big suringe tube that had a curved tip. Pepper hated it but he got stronger each day and recovered. My vet will only put a feeding tube in animals as a last resort. Good luck and my prayers will be with you.
