All 4 cats love that toy (just $10, and loads of fun - we first got it last spring and wondered why we hadn't gotten it sooner - it's easy to replace the cardboard things when they get worn out too). Here's a pic of Leila and one of Leo with it:





As you can see Leila is the most playful of our cats, although all of them play quite a bit. Here's one of Leila on her 1st b'day (11/25/03) enjoying all her presents - goofy isn't she?


Leila and Claudia love little mice - the ones from PetSmart that are pastel colors and look real and have a little shaker noise, as well as others about that size and those bright ones from Hartz. Bailey, Leila and Leo LOVE the laser pointer - Bailey & Leila go absolutely nuts over it, and even though Leo is our laziest cat, he gets going with that thing too - we just got it as a present from my parents at Christmas - I can't believe we hadn't bought it before! Claudia loves any kind of ball, but especially some sparkly ones with beads in them that we got at Petco for Halloween and Christmas - she likes if you take a ball or tinsel ball or something and roll it to her while she's on her side - she kicks it back to you like it's soccer. Bailey has this one toy from kittenhood that is still one of his faves - it's a little pink and blue soft ball with a subtle shaker in it that he goes nuts for - one time we lost it and he was sad, but I keep close tabs on it - that's the one toy he always goes back to. All of our cats like teaser wands too, especially if they make noise, as well as PetSmart Cat Crazies (plastic things for the floor) and milk rings/bread ties/paper bags/boxes of any kind.
