Chester sits on my lap and "throws" his head against me. It can get painful when he's feeling persistant.

Millie whines, and Cinny really doesn't do anything.

Muffin paws you, sometimes it hurts. lol.

Zeus sits, stares at you, wags his tail, and whines.

Mackenzie comes, plops her head in your lap, and wags her tail. Sometimes, if you're sitting at the couch, she will put her front two paws at the edge of the couch.

Elvis will throw balls at me , and dive into my lap. That boy is not subtle at all .

Clover does the "Stare" and then gently barks, and then the tail starts to wag if i still dont see what she wants. It is very cute.

When Timber wants attention, she lets you know it! She has the most horrible high pitched bark. People often tell me that it gives them a similar reaction that scratching on a chalk board would. And she's LOUD. If she's calmed down and wants my attention, she will paw at me. Dogs scratching me with their paws is one of my pet peeves. She knows better but she does it anyway.

Depends on what she is trying to tell me...if she needs to go potty she jumps into my lap and kisses me in the face...if she wants food/water she sits and stares at me..if she wants to play she grabs a toy and rubs it on my leg..but she had definate ways of communicating

Chica chews everything of mine in sight. She likes my rugs in the bathroom. I tell her NO! She runs away. Chihuahua's are fast dogs!! I have thrown out 3 rugs already. She only does this when I am on the computer. That is why she does it. I am not paying full attention to her when I am on the computer!

Senorita will sit very close to you and just stare at you for as long as it takes for you to acknowledge her, if that doesnt work then she will start doing a low growl at you. Face will nudge your hand very hard and do a playful but demanding bark. But they dont have to do that much , because i am always overloading them with attention.

Sadie will sit in front of you and makea noise that is somewhere between a whine and a grunt. She also will try putting her paw on you, or her final resort is to climb on you.

Cincy will stand and put her head on either your leg or the arm of your chair, stare at you and wag her tail. She last resort is to jump on you.

Spot will sit in front, and is learning Sadie's noises

Star stares. For as long as it takes. If she wants to play she'll bring a toy over and give it to me- she loves to fetch. Sometimes she woo-woos.
Sherman will come over and paw you. When we first got him, he did it really hard and it HURT! I've been trying to get him to shake instead, and he's gentler about it now. He'll also stand up on his hind legs right in front of me (really cute!) He does that husky talky-whiney thing, too.

Oggy will start with a stare, then move on with a whine, finally will put his paw on you or his head on your lap, at this point you are pretty well powerless not to do what he wants. Flute does this growly wooo thing that we call a "grumpy bumpy bear" and shakes her butt. We she does this she needs luvin' immeadiately.

This is how Buddy does it (that's his head on my knee)

But it's not just on my knee, he will rest his head on the couch and look at me, on the coffee table, and if I'm in the computer room his head rests on the garbage can!! I always ask him if his HUGE brain is just getting too heavy for him!

    Love that picture, Steve!

Katie will stand and stare at me. Sometimes to draw more attention she will woo at me. Sometimes she will start nipping at my arms. Tori does her husky cry and pulls at my clothes and nips my arms. I think she learned the nipping thing from Katie. It can really hurt sometimes!!
